Weatherford, OK, July 24, 2008 – Weatherford Regional Hospital is proud to announce the upcoming addition of Tori O’Daniel MD to the physician staff. Dr. O’Daniel will complete her residency in 2010 and begin working in Weatherford as an OB/GYN in August 2010.
O’Daniel graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Denison University in Ohio before moving on to graduate courses and research at Wright State University, also in Ohio. O’Daniel went on to attend the Medical University of Ohio obtaining her medical degree. She is currently a second year resident in OB/GYN and a Junior Chief of Staff at Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, NC.
O’Daniel has a long list of volunteer experiences and achievements from her years in college and in medical school. She served in many positions throughout college such as President of Delta Gamma Sorority, Head Dormitory Resident, and member of Alpha Epsilon Delta (Premedical Honorary Organization) along with many other positions. O’Daniel has also dedicated a great deal of time to volunteer work. O’Daniel has dedicated time to such things as running a Community Care Clinic for the underserved, volunteering at a nursing home, and volunteering at a Battered Women’s Shelter just to name a few. Dr. Tori O’Daniel’s husband Todd will be attending culinary school with interests in opening his own restaurant.
